- Combines online and 面对面的 instruction. Students may participate in different ways: online - synchronous, online - asynchronous, 面对面的, or as a flexible learner (student has a degree of choice as to how they participate each week).

- Flex courses may provide students with the opportunity to meet in-person on campus, on the synchronous days and times already scheduled, if 条件允许.

- 估算credits are developmental courses for students who need to prepare themselves for college-level work. They count toward financial aid requirements but do not count toward earned college credits or GPA.

- Classes are taught live from one campus location and broadcast to one or more additional campus locations. Cameras and microphones at all sites allow faculty and learners to see and talk with each other.
Students will demonstrate an understanding of 理论 and research as they apply to fundamental concepts in psychology. As they complete readings and activities on the history of psychology, models of learning, biology 和行为, personality theory, 心理 disorders, social psychology and other selected topics students will apply their knowledge to better understand the causes of thought, 感觉, 和行为. They will be able to comprehend and apply the methods of scientific inquiry to the science of psychology. Eligibility: ENG 1510 without supports or Corequisite: ENG 1510 with supports. Students will demonstrate an understanding of development from conception to adolescence, including knowledge of research methods, 理论, and factual information. They will apply that knowledge to important issues that affect children from diverse cultural, 少数民族, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
